It’s no secret that I often photograph major milestones in my clients lives. From brand new babies to teenagers and beyond. Albeit the milestones we all know just keep coming. For this Boise family session it was my honor to photograph their latest milestone as their oldest son was preparing for deployment.
We began the session by photographing their son in his dress blues. Straightaway the pride from him and his family was so evident, it was so sweet to see them all so excited for his next adventure. Simultaneously I too felt myself beaming behind the camera as I have been photographing this family since 2010. Goodness they just grow up s0 quickly!
Prior to the session mom and I had discussed her desire for a gallery wall. When taking photographs with a gallery wall in mind you always want to make sure your wardrobe compliments one another. As shown above we decided on jewel tones to play off our Boise surroundings. With this in mind they did an excellent job coordinating!
In the end we pieced together a beautiful seven piece gallery wall to hang in their new home to enjoy for years to come!
