I've been photographing Boise seniors for more than 20 years and I know how much this milestone means. My approach is relaxed and personalized — from outfit planning to location scouting — so you can enjoy the experience without stress. You bring your personality; I'll handle the rest.

Studio
My private studio is centrally located in the historic Hoppie Building on the Boise Bench. It is fully equipped for a fun session. We usually end up starting at the studio and then heading outside for your senior session.
wardrobe styling
For senior sessions, you're not limited to a number of outfits, but most usually have 3-4 looks. From a graphic tee and jeans, a formal look, or something in between ... we'll let mom pick one of the outfits, you choose the rest.
Personalized session
Knowing what's important to you and what activites you're into allow us to personalize your session to reflect who you are in your senior year. Sports, instruments, books, painting, your pet ... let's do this.
artwork & design
I'll help you take things a step further than digital images that sit on your computer. Framed artwork for gallery walls, print albums, grad cards, and other keepsakes can all be custom designed.

The Kindred last Year Collection
The Last Year Collection captures a full year of exciting moments that seem to fly by faster than you could have ever imagined. Your choice of 3-4 sessions during the span of your senior year. The options are endless: a family session, a senior session on location (or multiple in the different seasons), a sports, instruments, or extracurriculars session, a cap and gown session, a friends session, or a college decision day session, to name just a few! During your consultation call, we'll discuss which sessions are right for you!

Fall is my busiest season — the weather's perfect and you'll have images ready for holiday cards. Spring and summer are gorgeous too, especially those long golden-hour evenings.
I recommend booking 3-4 months ahead for fall, or 1-2 months for other seasons. Last-minute? Reach out anyway — I'll do my best to make it work.
Signature sessions typically run 1.5–2 hours, which gives us time for outfit changes and multiple locations. Simplicity sessions are about 20-30 minutes in the studio.
Picking outfits can feel overwhelming, but I've got you. We'll talk through color palettes and styles that fit your vibe and look amazing on camera. I also have a personal stylist who can put together shoppable outfit options just for you.
Yes! I've been photographing seniors in Boise for nearly two decades and have a long list of spots — from urban murals in Freak Alley to nature vibes at Kathryn Albertson Park. We'll pick locations based on your style and what feels most like you.
Most people are — and that's totally normal. I'll guide you through every pose and expression so you're never standing there wondering what to do. By the end, you'll feel like a pro.
100%. Whether it's your guitar, your truck, your sport, or something totally random that means a lot to you — bring it. These details make your photos feel like you.
Of course! Some seniors feel more relaxed with a friend around. Just keep it to one or two people so the session stays focused on you.
Absolutely. Pets are welcome — just give me a heads up so we can plan for it. If we're shooting in the studio, we'll chat beforehand to make sure it's a good fit.
Nope. Some seniors bring a parent, some don't — it's totally up to you. If they want to pop in for a few shots at the end, that works too.
