What if my newborn won't sleep?
This is probably the biggest concern for new moms and we promise you do not need to worry at all about getting your baby to sleep! We are professionals and have photographed thousands of newborn sessions. We have many tricks up our sleeve to get baby to sleep. In the rare case that they will not sleep we will photograph them awake and get beautiful images of your newborn.

what should we wear for Newborn photos?
We know finding clothes for you newborn photography session is stressful. Keep it simple. We have everything we need for baby in the studio and our personal stylist is available to create shoppable wardrobe options for you.
When should I book my newborn session?
It is important to book your spot on our calendar before your due date to ensure availability. Most clients contact us during their 2nd trimester. We will mark your due date into the calendar to hold your space. When baby arrives (early or late), give me a call or a text and we will select your session date.
How should we prepare for our newborn session?
We'll provide detailed guidance, but generally we suggest you; give your baby an active morning, if possible, ensure baby has a full feeding right before leaving the house, bring extra diapers, wipes, and formula/bottles if needed, and then just relax, and let us handle the rest - we're newborn experts!
When is the best time for newborn photos?
For those sleepy, curly newborn poses, we recommend scheduling your session when your baby is between 1-2 weeks old. However, we also love photographing older newborns up to 6 weeks - every stage is beautiful!
Do you offer maternity photos and do i want them done?
Yes! I do offer maternity sessions! Many moms are unsure whether they want to document their pregancy or they feel uncertain about the idea of a maternity session. You should absolutely do the maternity session and record the magic of your pregnant body. You're growing a human and it's amazing! I offer a collection of maternity and newborn sessions, as well as the popular First Year Collection document your baby.
