what should my kids wear for photos?
We know finding clothes for you child photography session is stressful. We will assist with color selection and wardrobe styling to coordinate with your home decor. Our personal stylist is available to create shoppable wardrobe options for you.
What is your approach to photographing kids?
I LOVE KIDS! They are my favorite and I love getting to know them and their individual personalities. Let them be kids! Don't expect them to be perfect and smile for the camera. I like to capture them as they are. During a session I capture all of their expressions and what makes them unique. I like keep the focus on them, although I encourage you to bring one of their favorite things (stuffy, blanket, sports equipment, pets, etc) because they really shine when they are showing off the things that make them happy. I believe every child is important and special and should be celebrated with portraits.
What if my child is shy?
I have been photographing kids for 20 years. I have learned tricks on how to get them to open up and be themselves in front of the camera. I love to spend time getting to know them and what makes them tick. I am good with energetic extroverts and shy introverted kids. Bring me all the kids!

Can we bring our dog?
By all means YES! We love kids and dogs! We will speak with you beforehand to make sure your dog is the right fit for the studio, but we have clients bring pets all the time.
