As much as I love a good toddler session, I love when Boise families come to me with older children for Boise family photos. There are so many reasons why you should photograph your kids at various stages. But one of my favorite reasons is because it’s so easy to see how much older kids love and appreciate their parents. Sure the younger ones adore you, but the older ones? They adore and appreciate (mainly because with age comes wisdom!) And if you all are surviving the teenage years like myself, well we will take all the affirmations.
It was such a joy to work with the C Family. With careful wardrobe planning from their existing closet we put together a beautiful and cohesive color pallet. Once we had that figured out everything else so naturally fell into place. With a beautiful backdrop of the Boise River we had beauty everywhere we looked. The connection this family shares is truly special and I adore that their sweet pup Ranger was included. We recently adopted a golden-doodle, Olaf, and I cannot wait to have him in our next round of family photos!
The C family decided on framed artwork of their session to hang in their home as well as a gorgeous metal statement portrait. Every time a client prints their artwork I really do, do a little happy dance!
