Fall is our most popular season for family portraits as the weather cools off slightly and your images can be included on your holiday cards. Spring is wonderful as the flowers start to bloom, and our long Boise summer nights bring golden light that look warm and glowy at sunset.
Regardless of what time of year you would like to have us photograph your family, we recommend reaching out 5-6 months in advance for fall dates and 3-4 months for the rest of the year.
've been photographing Boise families for nearly two decades and have an extensive list of locations avaiable for your session. We will discuss what your portrait goals are, if there are any locations important to your family, take into account your home decor style, and make our final selection based on those factors.

We know finding clothes for you family photography session is stressful. We will assist with color selection and wardrobe styling to coordinate with your home decor. Our personal stylist is available to create shoppable wardrobe options for you.
PLEASE don't worry about your kids "behaving" for the photo shoot. We LOVE kids of all ages and my favorite thing is to capture your family how you really are. I have photographed thousands of families and I ALWAYS get beautiful and unique images of each family. I take care to make the session fun for everyone and do my best to be efficient and quick so that we aren't spending longer than needed at your session.
Yes please! Furry friends are part of the family and should be included in your family session. We would like to discuss the options with you prior to your session, as some locations do not allow dogs and we like to make sure your dog is the right temperament for a photo session.
Digital files can be purchased independently or earned through artwork investment. When you purchase your albums or wall art or matted prints, you automatically start earning your digital files ... for free!
There is a curated selection of products available. From fine art frames, to gallery wraps, albums, folio boxes, and specialty products to perfectly display your portraits. You have the freedom to purchase exactly what you want. There are no collections that force you into products you're really not interested in. However, albums are my most popular heirloom.
