Tiffany Hix Photography is currently taking steps to become more eco-friendly and to conserve time and resources.
In an effort to conserve time, fuel and resources, both yours and mine, I recently started having a handful of clients place their orders online. The initial feedback has been that this method is very well liked. The cart system is user friendly and easy to understand. The only criticism to this was the inability to pay for your purchase with your credit card online but that has since been remedied and you may now pay for your purchase online at the time of your order with your Visa or Master Card. The process of the online ordering is quite simple. Once I have completed the post session work on your photos I will call you to discuss the best time for your cart to go live becuase there is a 2 day window for placing your orders, we want to make sure you will have adequate time to make your decision. Once your cart is active it will remain so for 2 days, in which time you are to place your order. If your gallery expires there is a $50 gallery reposting fee due prior to having the gallery reposted for another 2 days. I would like to continue to test this option for upcoming clients because conservation of time and resources are a high priority to most everyone I’ve spoken with. A personal ordering session or ordering consultation is always available upon request. If you’d prefer to place your order directly to me you may come to my office or I will go to your home. These ordering sessions and consultations will be upon request and by appointment only.
In an effort to conserve natural resources I will no longer be mailing information packets and any information mailed or printed for in-office use will be printed on recycled paper. After you have booked and confirmed your session you will be sent an email to your own private client service website. This website contains all of the information you will need in the time before, during and after your experience with Tiffany Hix Photography. You will be able to access the necessary information at any time and won’t need to worry about losing papers and pamphlets.
